What to include

The email address you ordered with, and the order date.
Your device model (for example reMarkable 2, Supernote Nomad, Kindle Scribe 11-inch).
For a file problem: which page or file, and what happened. A photo of the screen helps.

When can I buy the planner?

Checkout for the 2027 planner opens on November 5, 2026, when the full set is finished and tested. Nothing is charged before then, and there is no waiting list to join: the button on the planner page goes live that day, from $4.99.

Orders and refunds

Files are emailed to the address you use at checkout, right after payment. Ask within 14 days of purchase if the planner is not as described, is broken, or doesn't work on the device it was sold for, and you get a full refund. If the file never arrives, email us and we resend it or refund you. The Terms of Service have the details.

Payments are handled by Creem. If you need a receipt or an invoice, the email Creem sends at checkout has it; if it is missing, email us with the order address and we will resend it.
