Free e-ink note templates
Eight note templates made at the exact size of your pen tablet: Supernote, reMarkable, Boox, Kindle Scribe or Kobo Elipsa. Pick a template, choose your device, and you get the file it takes.
Spacing is set in millimetres for each screen's pixel density, so a 7 mm line is 7 mm on every device. Lines are mid gray: easy to see on e-ink, lighter than your pen. Pages are undated, so they never run out.

How to add them
- Supernote: copy the PNG into MyStyle, then pick it in a note. More
- Boox: copy the PNG into the noteTemplate folder, then pick it from your own templates in Notes. More
- reMarkable: upload the PDF with the app or at my.remarkable.com, then write on it. More
- Kindle Scribe: send the PDF with Send to Kindle, then write on it. More
- Kobo Elipsa 2E: copy the PDF over USB, open it and write on it.

›Why does each device get its own file?
Screens differ in size, shape and pixel density. A template made for one is stretched or padded on another, and its lines change thickness. Each file here is drawn for one screen, so the lines are the same width in millimetres everywhere.
›Why PNG for some devices and PDF for others?
Supernote and Boox let you add your own page templates as images. reMarkable, Kindle Scribe and Kobo don't, but they let you write on a PDF, so for them each template is a multi-page PDF.
›Does it work on Kobo?
On the Kobo Elipsa 2E: copy the PDF over USB, open it and write on it with the stylus. Kobo doesn't support writing on PDFs with DRM or locked permissions; these have neither.
›Are these templates free?
Yes, free for personal use with no sign-up. Please link to this page instead of re-uploading the files.
