Refund Policy

If a file you paid for doesn't work on your device, email us within 14 days of purchase with your order email and device model. We'll help you get it working, and if we can't, we'll refund you in full. No forms, no hassle.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
